    Visited during longweekend , location wise its good , its near to nisargadhama. Rooms were good, but facilities wise faced some issue, like hot water wasn't coming, cockroaches are there in the bathroom.

    The resort was at a very good location opposite to nisargdhama and had very good and spacious rooms but not maintained at all. There was a pungent smell in rooms, geyser was not present in washroom, bidet handle was broken, there was no hot water. The property did not look secure at all. It as just one worker who was helping with checkin, taking stuff to the rooms, handling breakfast etc. We nooked a family room and ut was at 4th floor with no lift, thankfully we were all young people. Not worth the price charged. To the owners, you have a good property, do a bit of renovation and maintenance it can really work well.

    I recently stayed at The Casiita Resort for 3N4D with my family, and unfortunately, it was a pathetic experience that I cannot recommend. Rooms & Upgrades: We initially booked a standard room, but it was unlivable—it resembled a servant's room with a non-functional washroom where the commode had no water supply. With no other choice, we agreed to pay an additional ₹3,000 to upgrade to an individual garden hut. Ultimately I did not pay that as I was not at all satisfied. Hut Issues: Even the upgraded hut had severe maintenance issues. The main door lock was completely broken, meaning we had to wait for the manager with a master key every single time we wanted to enter or exit. The bathroom door could not be locked from the outside (forcing us to leave it open), the exhaust fan was broken, and the commode water was actively leaking. Cleanliness & Housekeeping: There were thick spider webs across all the light fixtures in the room. Housekeeping was non-existent; no one came to clean the room or change linens during our entire 4-day stay. Furthermore, hot water was restricted to just a 2-hour window in the morning (8:00 AM to 10:00 AM). Dining: Breakfast was below average. Out of 3 days, half the items weren't even ready by 8:00 AM (the designated start time given by the manager). To make matters worse, breakfast was served in the reception lobby, which was covered in ceiling spider webs and trapped insects. The property has space, but there is a severe lack of staff, maintenance, and basic hospitality. Save your money and look elsewhere.
