    I stayed at Casiita for 2 nights, and the location is undoubtedly its biggest advantage—it’s right opposite Nisargadhama, making it extremely convenient for visitors. The staff were warm, courteous, and always willing to help, which I truly appreciated. However, the rooms could be better equipped with basic amenities such as a kettle, refrigerator, and other essentials that are generally expected at this price point. I also encountered ants in the room, which was quite disappointing and affected the overall experience. The breakfast service has room for improvement, and the rooms themselves could be upgraded to provide a level of comfort that better matches the tariff. While the hospitality and location are excellent, the overall room experience did not quite meet the expectations set by the room rates. With improvements in maintenance, amenities, and breakfast quality, this property has the potential to offer a much better stay experience.
