    Visited during longweekend , location wise its good , its near to nisargadhama. Rooms were good, but facilities wise faced some issue, like hot water wasn't coming, cockroaches are there in the bathroom.

    The resort was at a very good location opposite to nisargdhama and had very good and spacious rooms but not maintained at all. There was a pungent smell in rooms, geyser was not present in washroom, bidet handle was broken, there was no hot water. The property did not look secure at all. It as just one worker who was helping with checkin, taking stuff to the rooms, handling breakfast etc. We nooked a family room and ut was at 4th floor with no lift, thankfully we were all young people. Not worth the price charged. To the owners, you have a good property, do a bit of renovation and maintenance it can really work well.

    The rooms were spacious, but unfortunately, that was probably the only positive. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were extremely poor. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the bathroom was in a really bad condition. Even the water had an unpleasant smell. We also found lizards, grasshoppers and moths inside the room and bathroom. The bath-ware was poorly maintained, with some items being broken and in bad condition. For the price we paid, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. A spacious room means very little when the basic hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance are not up to the mark. I would not recommend Casiita Resort Coorg. There are several other resorts nearby that would be worth considering instead of spending your money here.
