Very nice location and friendly staff

For short stay it is good, though lacks the kitchen for longer stay.

The location is very good, it takes 5..7 minutes walk to get to the main walking street, in total some 15..20 minutes walk is required to get to the long pier. The train station is just 5 minutes away.

The studio rooms on attic level are a bit challenging for tall people. The lift takes you only half-way, have to take stairs to get to the attic level.

We are happy with our stay

Location and room was great. Room was clean, we had all the needed stuff in the bathroom. There is a space on parking near the villa which is a big plus for Sopot.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the hitel.

The reception team were all excellent - very helpful. The breakfast selection was broad and tasty and it was available until 11am. On the last morning we had to leave early and the hotel made us a delicious pack up breakfast. The location was excellent. Close to the centre but away from the busy part.

Very bad. Avoid at all cost!

Location : near the train station of central Sopot The lady at the reception changed our room because of all the issues in it, HOWEVER this could not amend what she did on our departure day (read the negatives below).

-No AC + generally bad ventilation -No toothbrush, hair conditioner, soaps or vanities like most hotels offer their guests for shorter stays. -Bad area around the hotels, with junkies, alcoholics and sex workers walking outside and nearby the tunnel next to the train station. I would not have walked there alone at nights. It seemed dangerous. -The breakfast buffet DOES NOT look like the pictures online. It's really really not worth the money. - Uselessness of the television set in the room: no casting services + all channels are in polish so international guests have no use of the TV at all. - No cap bottle opener for the bottles of waters they provide. Which means, the cleaning staff reuses the bottles of water which no guest can open. - We got a room that had broken curtains, smelled really bad, no shower curtains so water came out on the floor and my mother almost slipped because of that. It was really really dangerous and bad! Luckily we could change the room and it seemed like that hotel knew very well that the room had problems before. - Instead of AC, there's fans but they don't rotate. Which means they cannot ventilate when two people sleep on seperate beds. -The lady at the reception lured us into booking a taxi. She told us that a taxi to the airport would cost us approximately 50 zlotys. She booked the taxi. But we were charged 100 zlotys!!! That's a rip off because if I had booked with Uber or Bolt, it would have costed between 50-70 zlotys. We trusted her and felt tremendously lured and backstabbed. Never again! i will never again set my foot in Sopot and Villa Ozone, and will make SURE everyone knows about the problems. I'm really disappointed!

Quiet and beautiful villa.

The location is super good, just 2 mints walk from train station SOPOT, 3 mints walk from train station Sopot the famous street of SOPOT. The hotel surrounded with trees and villas, clean quiet, and beautiful place. The breakfast is also very good, with sufficient various supply. I will stay again if trip to Sopot again.

Very good location. I enjoyed hard mattress. Not a busy place.

Over three nights stay my room was serviced only once. I requested one double bed ended up with two single. No assistance with booking taxis. Lift does not go to the top floor. I could walk in the middle of the night and nobody challenged me if I am a guest or I was trying to rob the place. Room had no safe box, and minimal storage.

Great staff, perfect location with walking distance to main Sopot's attractions. 2 mins away from the train station where you can easily get a train to Gdansk. I can highly recommend this place.

Air conditioning would be perfect, especially now when summers become hotter due to the greenhouse effect. Due to the high temperatures night sleep was not perfect as fan provided did not make much difference.

beware that “attic” room literally means in the attic. the ceiling slopes severely and the “windows” are actually sky lights. I kept hitting my head on everything.

the bed is uncomfortable, pillow is very small and only one the breakfast is not met my expectations, poor selections of food, no any yogurts, there were no fresh pastries like buns and croissants

Deceived by the pictures on booking

The location and profesionall friendly staff

The weathwr was over 30 degrees and the windows in our room did not open. We only had a small fan provides by the hotel which was not enough. The rooms dont have air condition and the room was super hot and stuffy. Not great conditions for family with one year old. When we entered dining area we discovered that the hotel did not have enough baby chairs (only 2 for the whole hotel). The only option was to wait for other famillies to finish their meal or the keep your child on the lap. Big big minus. Ive seen at least 3 families having to eat while holding their children - not comfortable. Last but not least our room did not have a wifi and there was nothing the reception staff could do (not their fault but the management). Overall would not stay in there again. Poor choice of brekfast also is a let down. We were deceived by the pictures on booking showing spacious rooms and dining area whith great wide choice of breakfast - WRONG

Cleanless. Bathroom small, but nice. Free parking.

Very small room. It was a loft. No aircon, only fan in. Temperature in room 28 C. Location - long distance to sea. Lift only to 2nd floor. During summer 3rd floor should be taken out of service.

Family trip to baltic coast

Service/communications were good, breakfast was good and stuff was helpful. Everything was going smoothly, in general, a very good experience. Rooms were in good shape.

No trash bin in the room, very strange. No refrigerator in the room. No lobby bar.
