NV Illusion

The apartment is spacious, bright and with a panoramic view of the magnificent sunset. The air conditioning was good - and essential as we had hot weather all through our stay. The two pools, although only 400mm deep were perfect for lying down in and cooling off. Bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and well stocked with toiletries and each bedroom came with a dressing area.

The key pickup didn't go smoothly - no answer from the host's phone. Ended up with our driver shouting to the cleaner from across the road. Made up for it on departure however when the host allowed an hours stay beyond checkout time in her garden. Whilst the property has a beautiful view it is a 50 minute walk from the centre - which you would do on the way in (downhill) but not the way back in 30 degree heat. Taxis ok from the ranks most of the time but they sometimes went missing. Traffic noise was difficult when sat outside. Much better inside due to good soundproofing. The last few days a group of young lads checked in below us. Accepting that they are young they are going to let off steam, we didnt particularly want to listen to them doing it.
