It is also 100 m away from water shuttles, which can take you to Cap Ferret, Île aux Oiseaux (Bird Island), the Arguin sand bank, the Dune of Pilat and all the ports in Bassin. Ideally located for access to everything in central Arcachon (beach, boats, shopping, Ville d'hiver, fabulous produce market, restaurants) yet miraculously quiet. The apartment is spacious, bright, airy, and comfortable (except for the bed pillows). We enjoyed the stereo. The owner, who guided us in to the convenient and secure garage parking, could have been clearer about the extra charges for linens (which should include pillow cases).

L’emplacement de ce très beau T3 est idéal. Pas besoin de voiture, on peut tout faire à pied ! La plage est à 50 mètres et le logement est en plein centre d’Arcachon avec ses belles rues commerçantes et son marché. L’appartement est grand, joliment décoré et propre. Il ne manque rien ! Tout est bien pensé et très pratique. Il y a un grand dressing où on trouve des parasols pour la plage, des transats, des paniers, un caddie pour les courses et plusieurs choses très pratique. Il y a aussi une buanderie avec machine à laver fer à repasser et étendoir à linge. Dans la cuisine aussi il ne manque rien ! Dans la chambre parentale, un grand placard avec beaucoup de cintres et une grande commode. Le plus est la jolie terrasse en bois ornées de belles plantes avec un coin détente et une grande table pour 6 personnes. Sans oublier qu’il y a une place de parking très proche de l’appartement donc aucun problème de stationnement. Allez y les yeux fermés ! La propriétaire est à l’écoute, disponible et communique des adresses de restau sympa. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine et par chance le soleil et la chaleur étaient au rendez-vous. Rien à dire, tout était parfait et l’accueil, le service, la gentillesse et l’écoute. Au petit soin. Les œils fermés. Déjà deux fois et j’espère bientôt une troisième. Merci.
