About this house rental
This architecturally designed, light-filled home sleeps up to 8 people (six adults max). The perfect place to move into and quickly step into holiday mode. Relax in the love chair on the deck or the outdoor pool and spa and take in views of the waterway out front.
Situated in a quiet cauldesac, only five minutes walk to stunning Papamoa beach and shops (Fashion Island).
Offers three large bedrooms and two bathrooms:
- main bedroom has king bed and ensuite. Plenty of space for additional mattress / cot also.
- one bedroom with two king singles, each which have trundler beds underneath and one can be transformed into a super king bed (requires super king sheets).
- one bedroom with one single and one king single. The king single has a trundler bed underneath and can be transformed into a super king bed (requires super king sheets).
- Baby cot available if needed.
Prices higher for peak holiday periods. Minimum 4 day booking during Xmas/new year period - please do not enquire for shorter time than this as it will be declined.
Special conditions:
Enquiries from family groups only - no party groups, students, tents.
50% deposit required on confirmation of booking. Remaining 50% required 30 days prior to arrival.
$250 bond, returned at end of stay if property in good order.
Please treat property as your own. Optional cleaning services available for $70, or clean and leave as found.
We have two friendly cats, who will be here during rental times and need feeding (simple cat biscuits and milk (provided) in morn and evening).
Extras: Cleaning (Optional, NZ$70 per stay); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);

Lovely large family home - obviously well loved by the owners. Our grandkids really enjoyed the spa pool and the friendly cats. Lots of books and games for kids to enjoy too. Easy and friendly communciation from our hosts thank you.

We loved staying in Julie's place in Papamoa - the photos don't quite do it justice, the space is so light and open, heaps of comfortable seating and outdoor areas. The spa / pool was a bonus, but we mostly enjoyed the large dining / living areas to relax. Kitchen was great as well, they have all the amenities you would need and the bathrooms were nice and modern.
It's a short 10-15min walk to the beach, short drive to shops and a great spot to enjoy the sunset.
The two cats were very cute :)
Sorry we used so many towels / tea towels, we put a load in the washing machine but couldn't fit everything :(
