Stylish 2BR near lake - Flower 3

Prachtig ruim, ontzettend schoon appartement in een rustige straat. Supermarkt en tram richting het centrum op 3 minuten lopen afstand. Dimi is zeer behulpzaam en reageerd snel op vragen.

The location was very good: 5 minute walk to the Lake; and 10 minutes to the railway station. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

I did not like having to pick up the keys at another location. It was an extra thing to have to do after a long journey to Zurich. No mention was made of this when I made by booking. There was only one useable power point in the kitchen into which the microwave was plugged. To use the kettle or percolator we had to carefully put these on the tiny table on which the microwave was placed and disconnect the microwave. Even then the cords for the kettle and percolator did not reach the electric point. Luckily we found an extension cord in one of the bedrooms. On arrival half of the curtain in one of the bedrooms was off the rail. I had to email Dimi to get it fixed two days later. He was prompt in arranging this but shouldn't this have been picked up by the cleaner? The bathroom shutters didn't close completely - the window looks onto a street. The kitchen sink plug didn't work so we couldn't wash up in the sink on the final day. I have emailed Dimi individually about these points and he said they would all be attended to. I do think some 'welcome' items would have been nice other than a single, small bar of soap. There was nothing in the kitchen or bathroom.
