Excellent hotel near the beach, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is not included, but there's a great breakfast place next door.

The only downside is the road next door is a bit noisy.

The location is amazing. Close to everything - 10/15 min walk. We only used a taxi once.

I booked because it said 24 hour reception but the reality was that the staff were rarely there during the day and I didn’t see anyone after 5pm. There was no food at the property - but most things were on grab and arrives quickly.

Pool was always clean and refreshing to swim. Staff were lovely and accomodating. Rooms were spacious and loved how could walk out of my room to the pool

Spacious and Clean rooms, nice staff and beautiful pool. we liked Djabu so much that we booked it another time for the last days of our trip. 10 minutes walk from the beach but still near by restaurants, coffee shop and mini market. I think this is a great spot if you want to stay in Canggu but have an accomodation out of the beachside caos. Hightly reccomended.

The location was perfect, room was very clean however, the room was extremely hot and we were only given one key so the room got extremely hot when we weren’t in it. Staff were also quite hard to locate upon check in and if we needed anything

-spacious rooms with a modern and nicely decorated interior -very comfortable beds -excellent location, quiet at night -nice pool for a quick cool down

-the A/C was a bit weak so it got really hot and humid at night in the rooms

Location was great and I loved the pool. My phone was stolen after returning from dinner on the back of a grab bike and the staff were so helpful with guiding me where to go to get a new phone and what to do.

WIFI still has problems, a stable connection would be nice but I was aware before so I had my 4G data ready. Cleaning needs to be improved and this should be taking seriously as it's getting worse. It's not the Corona situation anymore and things should be taking care of better. Will reconsider my next visit to this place.

Awful experience

Very dirty (dust everywhere), very bad wifi, very noisy (all rooms facing on the noisy street). Overpriced for that bad quality. Unpleasant staff, no security at all (everyone can come in). Hotel situated on second level and rooms on the third. No elevators, no helping with luggage. Totally not recommend. That property has good rating probably because they not sending invitations to review to people which have problems during stay. I got invitation email only after message to Booking.com support

Had some issues with the WIFI ( It went off few times during my long stay ) The price changes quickly before the holidays such as Xmas and NY. Cable channels would be ideal.
