About this cottage rental
The loft (45 m2 on a ground floor and 1 floor) is located in the heart of a large Provencal farmhouse in the countryside, lavender fields, umbrella pines and olive trees. Ideal for short-term holidaymakers or business travelers (discount for long-term rental).
Close to shops: 2 km from St Paul three castles, 10 mins from Tricastin, 20 mins from Montélimar, 40 mins from Avignon, 15 mins from Grignan
SNCF station in pierrelatte (10mn) Avignon or Valence TGV station: 1 h
Consists of a ground floor with sitting area, dining area and kitchen area
the first floor is accessible by a very nice spiral staircase, bedroom with satellite TV, shower room and WC
Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, basic lunch products (tea, coffee, sugar, salt), cleaning products and tea towels provided
Possibility to rent sheets and towels if needed (+ 40 €)
The loft opens onto a private terrace facing the swimming pool (13 x 7)

A tourist guide with all the walks, villages, restaurants is at your disposal in the gîte; An itinerary will be sent to you qq days before your arrival. You will discover a rich cultural heritage: galleries and artist workshops, medieval villages, castles, museums, -Grignan, Avignon ... You will stroll among second-hand dealers in Isle sur Sorgue (40 mins). You will enjoy Provencal life in a quality environment. You will buy your wine from nearby winegrowers or on the Wine Route - Gigondas, Chateauneuf du Pape -You will savor regional products - Nyons olive, truffle, lavender ice cream, picodon -in good restaurants (or at home) All around the Mas, superb hilltop villages to visit (St Restitut, Suze la Rousse with its castle
