About this house rental
This fully equipped mazet, located in the heart of an oak forest, will seduce holidaymakers in search of tranquillity in the Drôme Provençale.
The 2.6-hectare estate is nestled a 10-minute walk from the charming hilltop village of Valaurie and less than 10 minutes by car from one of the pearls of Provence, Grignan and its castle.
Other unique sites await you in the surrounding area: the Réauville sand pit, the Aiguebelle Monastery, the crocodile farm, the listed Provençal villages, the Ardèche Gorges, the Chauvet Cave, the Dentelles de Montmirail,...
Between Drôme, Ardèche and Vaucluse, the region offers many possibilities, there is something for everyone: hiking, cycling, tree climbing, walks in the Provençal markets, tasting of specialities, nougats from Montélimar, syrups at the Domaine d'Eyguebelle, wines, truffles, photo shoots in the lavender fields...
The 36 m² accommodation offers all the comfort to accommodate from 1 to 4 people:
- living area open to an equipped kitchen (sofa bed, TV, fridge, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle and plancha)
- 2 bedrooms (master bedroom with 1 double bed and large cupboard;
bedroom2 with bunk beds in 90 cm)
- bathroom with sink and shower (washing machine)
- separate toilet
- covered terrace with garden table.
The mazet is independent surrounded by a private garden of 400 m², overlooking the forest.
It has a private parking space just in front, as well as a parking lot at the entrance to the estate.
Common to the 21 mazets:
swimming pool (from 15 May to 15 September) with deckchairs, swing, ping-pong table, bowling green.
Municipal tennis at the entrance to the woods, golf course 5 minutes away in the town of Clansayes.
