About this house rental

HOUSE 5 PEOPLE WITH POOL AND RESTAURANT

Ideally located in the heart of the Golf de la Valdaine in Montboucher-sur-Jabron (5 km from Montélimar).

ANY COMFORT VILLA:
- Air conditioner.
- 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds).
-Sitting area: sofa bed, coffee table, TV, unlimited internet access (wifi).
-Kitchen corner: fitted kitchen (induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), table, chairs.
-Bathroom, separate WC.
-1 cellar (for bicycle storage, golf caddy) with washing machine.

-Private garden with trees of 250 m2, private terrace with pergolas, garden furniture, deckchairs.

-Private parking space in front of the house,

Shared secure swimming pool (from May to September) and collective bowling green.

Excellent séjour
Excellent séjour
Tres jolie petite maison, tres propre, tres bien agencée et idéalement placée pres du golf et a 10 minutes de Montélimar. Le plus, la piscine de la co-propriété qui est accessible mais un peu froide ! Le petit bémol pour les familles avec jeunes enfants est le jardin qui n'est pas clos. Les proprietaires sont charmants, nous reviendrons certainement.
