About this house rental
The patio has a large private garden facing south in a property with century-old oaks.
We are in Drôme Provençale, in the heart of a vast landscape modeled with fields of lavender, olive trees, vineyards that give this area a charm. The sun, the Mediterranean scents and the song of the cicadas will enchant you.
Maisonette ideal for a couple with a baby or a single person. The cottage is facing south and has a private garden of 250 m². Without vis-à-vis and partly shaded by a truffle oak, you can savor the calm of the place.
This charming cottage opens its doors to an entrance. Access to a bedroom / dressing room decorated with style, a kitchen and open to a living room with a bay overlooking the wooden terrace sheltered from the mistral.
Kitchen: ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Italian coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster. Then, a bathroom with a large Italian shower, laundry area with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and a toilet.
The equipment and materials have been chosen with care to ensure a quality stay: Wi-Fi, TV, bluetooth speaker, tablet.
Outside, on the wooden terrace a grill / plancha, a garden. A table and chairs in the shade of the oak, a SPA 4 places and deckchairs ... all this in YOUR private part !!
From your garden you will have direct access to the pool of the property, with solar shower.
Sheets, towels and kitchen are provided free of charge (except stay 1 month and more optional)
Possibility to rent pool towels and bathrobes.
"End of stay cleaning" service obligatory.

Really lovely property. The space has been very thoughtfully designed to feel cosy yet spacious. The outdoor areas are fantastic. The host is attentive but respectful of guest's privacy. One of the best places we have stayed.

Le gîte est magnifique, très propre et décoration de très bon goût! J y séjournais avec une cousine et notre besoin d évasion et repos a été comblé! Notre hôte Anne a très bien su nous accueillir et répondre à nos attentes! Petit jardin privé avec jacuzzi : du bonheur! Tt était bien fonctionnel! J y retournerai en amoureux!!! La piscine et déco autour : superbe! Je recommande les yeux fermés! Plein de choses à voir aux alentours👍

Ich habe schon häufig privat und beruflich in der Gegend Appartements und Häuser gemietet. Dieses Objekt ist von der Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Qualität sicher eines der besten die ich bisher gefunden habe. Die komplette Einrichtung scheint noch recht neu zu sein und das Appartement ist sehr liebevoll dekoriert. Die Größe ist für ein bis zwei Personen auf Urlaubsreise völlig ausreichend. Das Badezimmer ist toll ausgestattet, die Matrtatze vom Bett hat mir sehr zugesagt was auf Reisen eher selten der Fall ist. Der kleine private Garten mit Whirlpool ist auch prima und bietet ausreichend Privatsphäre. Den großen Pool habe ich aufgrund der Jahreszeit nicht ausprobiert aber der große Gemeinschaftsgarten wirkt sehr gepflegt wie das gesamte Grundstück. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und ich habe überhaupt keine störenden Einflüsse wahrgenommen. Die Vermieter Anne und Xavier wohnen im benachbarten größeren Haus und sind sehr diskret aber jederzeit zur Stelle wenn es etwas zu klären gibt. Sehr angenehmer und freundlicher Kontakt! Ankunft und Abreise waren absolut unkompliziert. Die Location ist auf jeden Fall vorgemerkt für die nächste Dienstreise. Für einen Urlaub mit der Familie leider zu klein. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert für eine Person oder ein Paar!
