Cocoonr agency offers this charming 74 m² air-conditioned house in Donzère to rent for up to 6 people. The property is just 10 metres from the church, in the heart of the village.
It comprises a 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- An entrance hall with space for storing bicycles
1st floor:
- A 45 m² living room with a double sofa bed (sleeps two), a TV and a dining area open to the kitchen
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
2nd floor:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and dressing room
- A bedroom with two single beds (90x180) and a dressing room
- A shower room with WC
An alarm is installed in the entrance hall of the building. It is strictly deactivated for the duration of the guests' stay and is only activated outside the rental periods in order to secure the premises and prevent any intrusion.
