The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all accessories. Air conditioning in all rooms. Rex dishwasher, Indesit washing machine, satellite TV (no Skytv). Ariston fridge with freezer. Shatterproof glass.The apartment is located in one of the most prestigious areas of San Vincenzo, at the beginning of the Rimigliano park, with private access to the sea. The residential complex is surrounded by greenery, with a common park with relaxation area. There is a gardeners and porter service. The Euroturist residential area is located about 2 km south of San Vincenzo, well connected to the center of San Vincenzo, through the "Strada della Principessa" equipped with a cycle path.The town center is easily reachable in 5 minutes by bike. In the summer period there is an evening shuttle service to connect with the town center. San Vincenzo is located in the heart of the "Riviera of the Etruscans", a few kilometers from many beautiful Tuscan towns such as Baratti, Populonia, Castagneto Carducci, Bolgheri, Campiglia Marittima, Suvereto.
