Always had a very pleasant stay there. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming especially Jillian, Putri and Vieyowhich made the experience even better. I was satisfied with the facilities and overall service. I would definitely staying here again whenever I come back to Indonesia and would recommend this hotel to others.

Mad Cow restaurant is very poor quality. The resort is not wheelchair friendly.

Breakfast was delicious and extensive!
Amazing views at mt. Salak.
Best gym ever seen in hotels.
Our connecting rooms were also wonderful; big, clean, v nice balcony, beds so comfortable. Just a lovely resort!
