Hotel is ok, good location near bus to airport and big mall.

hotel communication was so bad few days prior arrival. Hotel phone number could not be contacted by agent to change date. We managed to send message via whatsapp directly and took sometimes for a response. we explained what we tried to do but the hotel avoided our questions by stating that they're still waiting for our emails. We sent date changed emails over 5 times, booking dot com agent also sent the request but they didn't want to response to any emails. With no choice, we arrive late to the hotel, explained what happened to why hotel was unresponsive, the reception offered to forward the inquiry to check the issues to the right person which nothing will happen. Next, the female reception gave us a smoking room and blamed us for not requesting a non smoking room. Generally hotel only provided smoking room by request not the other way around. When we insisted a non smoking room, the reception said that there's no other room was available. It's a hotel poor service. We checked in late but still deserved the right response/answers. Hope hotel could afford to employ more people to answer any phone calls or to response a whatapp chat with solutions.
