I couldn’t get in. I’ve informed the property that I was arriving later than planned and got the late check-in instructions. Nevertheless when I arrived, there was neither key nor any possibility to get in. I called the property several times and when they finally answered, I was told my booking was canceled by Booking.com cause I didn’t arrive on time and that they will call me back and solve the problem, but never answered me although I called them again. A friend of mine told me later that I’m not the first one, cause he also booked that apartment before and couldn’t check in too.

Terrible! I do not reccomend. I did not have warn water to shower, and the owner blamed me for it

That the place was clean. The furniture seemed new, and the location was good, not a great distance on foot to the cit center.

I did not have warm water. Neither in the shower, nor in the kitchen or in the bathroom sink. I tried to shower, and left the water running for 5(!) minutes to see if it would get warm. It did not. Afew hours later I tried to shower again, and the water did NOT get warm. It was cold. I called the "Landlord", and the lady on the phone told me that she had to check something and would get back to me (it was 19:30). TWO hours later, no call back and nobody came to check on the problem. I called again and did not manage to get to her. The lady sent me a message via booking.com to say that it was very weird that I complained about not having warm water, and that it was MY fault! She said :"Sie haben bereits geduscht weswegen wir ihnen frische Handtücher brachten. Dann rufen sie wenige Minuten danach erneut an und wundern sich dass nicht noch genügend warmwasser im Speicher ist. Merkwürdiges Verhalten." It can be translated as: you have already showered, that's why we brought you fresh towels. Then you call few minutes later again and ask yourself why there is not enough warm water. Strange behavior". When I read that I got enraged. I told the lady on the phone when I called to complain that it was the second time that I TRIED to shower ,not that I showered. I told her that I left the water on and it did not get warm. And I did not call minutes later, I called TWO HOURS later.Then she calls me weird for that? In the height of the winter, in december, I do not have right to a warm shower??????? To all that I said I have proof, including screenshots. The customer service is terrible. They do not solve your problem and then lie and put the blame on you.

Vermieter hat auf keine Nachricht reagiert, wegen Bezahlung. Musste zuletzt auf ein anderes ausweichen. Geld wurde nicht zurück erstattet. Also leeres Zimmer unf trotzdem dafür bezahlt. Auch von Booking.com keine Antwort. REINFALL des Jahres! 😡

Das war mein zweiter Aufenthalt und ich werde die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft in einer privaten Wohngegend mit Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Es ist alles da, was man braucht.

Die Beleuchtung auf dem Weg zum Eingang ist sehr, sehr spärlich und sollte verbessert werden. Die Solarlampen haben abends (23.00 Uhr) kein Licht mehr abgegeben. Die automatische Aussenbeleuchtung schaltet erst sehr spät ein und ist eben sehr spärlich.

Keine Übernachtung möglich,da es doppelt und dreifach verbucht ist. Habe es bereits bei Booking weitergeleitet

Katastrophe,die Zimmern wurden doppelt vergeben,wir standen nachts da und es war kein Schlüssel im Save,müssten mitten in der Nacht uns um eine Übernachtung kümmern. Am nächsten Tag sind wir hin,weil wir telefonisch keinen erreichen konnten,ein Mann kam aus unserem Zimmer raus und sagte er hat auch dieses Zimmer gebucht,zu gleichen Zeit wir wir. Er war halt früher da und hatte unseren Schlüssel als erster geholt. Eine Familie stand noch auch da und berichtete über dasselbe Problem.

Finger weg von dieser Unterkunft. Sogar die Nachbarschaft erzählte dass es nur Probleme gibt mit dem. Keiner ist zu erreichen,Stornierungen werden vor Ort durchgeführt mit irgendwelchen komischen Ausreden.

Nie wieder!!!

Die Lage

Wir haben eine falsche Wohnung bekommen. Kurz vor der Anreise haben wir die Nachricht bekommen, dass wir eine andere (größere) Wohnung haben. Sie war allerdings im Keller, hat auch danach gestunken und hatte nur 2 Kellerfenster. Außerdem war die Duschwanne in katastrophalen Zustand. Wir haben sofort der Vermieterin geschrieben und haben eine andere Wohnung bekommen. Diese war allerdings sehr dreckig und das Bad war sehr amateurhaft installiert. Alles wackelte (Wasserhahn) und das Wasser beim Duschen hat permanent zwischen heiß und kalt gewechselt. Unter dem Bett lag eine Bäckertüte mit verschimmeltem Inhalt. Kann von den Wohnungen in diesem Haus nur dringend abraten!!!

Lage zur Uni und Uniklinik

Das „renovierte“ Bad wurde vor vielen Jahren renoviert. Undichte Fugen, Duschvorhang und besonders ein ekliges Klo, wo der Abfluss total braun verklebt war, womit wohl…..?
