We didn´t like it

The arrival was easy. Our key was left in a mailbox and I was given the pin number to the mailbox and we were given the code to the car park out the back so we could park our car there. The room is quite big and has a very nice double bed and single bed and a table with a few chairs and the bathroom was nice

The apartment building is very scruffy. The apartment itself is very basic. It´s sleeps 3 and you get 3 cups and plates. We had a kettle but no tea or coffee. The kitchen has a very small 2 ring hob and a fridge you can´t get very much in. For 2 nights we a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and 1 bath towel between us. We had a balcony but there wasn´t any furniture so we couldn´t sit out. There is nothing stopping the people from the room next door from stepping across the little fence onto our balcony so when we went out we took everything with us in case it wasn´t there when we got back. The room doesn´t have air conditioning and it´s in the middle of a town with a shopping centre next door and it´s very close to a motorway junction and it´s very busy all night so you either sleep in stuffy room in the middle of summer or have the balcony door open and are kept awake by the traffic.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und zentrale Lage

Einfache Abwicklung, direkte Buchungsbestätigung seitens des Vermieters. Der Briefkastencode wurde pünktlich zugeschickt. Freundlicher Kontakt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral zur Uniklinik und verschiedenen Geschäften. Parkplatz hinter dem Haus konnte problemlos mit dem Chip genutzt werden.

Kleinigkeiten wie Küchenrolle, zusätzliche Müllbeutel oder kleine Nachtschränkchen wären super.

Relativ zentral gelegen. Unkompliziertes einchecken, der Code wurde zeitig übermittelt. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es war eine Kochnische und Geschirr vorhanden. Sehr schönes, neues Bad.

Das Bett war sehr komfortabel und was man für einen Kuraufenthalt braucht, war alles da.

Hygiënische kleine kamer

Prijs-kwaliteit zeer goed. Had alles wat we nodig hadden voor een nacht (ook oké als je er enkele nachten zou blijven, maar is wel een kleine kamer als je er langer zou willen verblijven). Zeer proper.

‘s Avonds toch een onaangenaam gevoel rond de locatie. Misschien kwam dat doordat we in ‘t donker toekwamen

Ruhe in der Nacht (Montag auf Dienstag) im Gegensatz zu anderen Berichten. Frühstück in der Nähe fußläufig an der Tankstelle oder beim Bäcker möglich. Kleine Küche und Wasserkocher für Tee vorhanden.

Sauber, praktisch. In diesem Apartment gab es keine Uhr, die tickte, was mich beim letzten Mal in einem anderen Apartment der Vermieterin beim Einschlafen gestört hat.
