Villa Antigone Luxury Retreat

This is an absolutely stunning villa in Skopelos. It was immaculately clean and the owners were amazing to work with. The views of Skopelos Town were exceptional and the outdoor space was perfection. The house had everything we absolutely needed. The location was excellent - about a 5 minute drive into town but gave the privacy and quiet we were searching for. I didn’t want to leave!

Ankommen und wohlfühlen - es passt einfach alles: Marianna und Nikos waren sehr darum bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so entspannt wie nur möglich zu machen. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, im Haus war alles extrem sauber (außerdem wurde nach drei Tagen durchgereinigt). Die Villa sieht nicht nur auf den Fotos perfekt aus, sie ist auch vor Ort perfekt - nirgendwo Schrammen oder bröckelnde Fassade. Ich habe selten einen so durchdachten und liebevoll gestalteten Außenbereich gesehen. Die Lage am Hügel mit Blick über einen Teil der Stadt und den Hafen ist perfekt. Marianna und Nikos - wir haben unseren Urlaub in eurer Villa sehr genossen!

The photos do not do the villa justice. It is absolutely stunning with breathtaking views. Everything you need is there. All spotlessly clean and well looked after. Nikos and Marianna are great hosts. In the 10 days we were there the cleaner came twice and cleaned the villa throughout. Dressing gowns, towels, pool towels and even make up towels were provided. Along with washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, bin bags, toilet rolls in fact all of the essentials you will need ( shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, cotton buds!) also included. It is quite remote so you will need some mode of transport as taxis to the villa may struggle. That is down to personal choice- for us we liked being away from it all in the peace of the hillside. If I could rate this villa higher I certainly would.

Difficile trovare le giuste parole per descrivere la bellezza di Villa Antigone. Situata sulle colline dietro la città di Skopelos ma vicina pochi minuti dal centro, Villa Antigone ci ha davvero tolto il fiato appena arrivati. Bellissima, spaziosa, curata con angoli incantevoli dove riposare, mangiare, prendere il sole o semplicemente ammirare il panorama. La cucina è così fornita ed attrezzata che non mancava assolutamente nulla (carta forno, pellicola, alluminio, pastiglie per lavastoviglie, spugne nuove, detersivo piatti, spray per zanzare, capsule per il caffè, tutti i tipi di piatti, pentole, attrezzature per cucinare, bicchieri di tutti i tipi, persino recipienti tipo tupperware, mattonelle refrigeranti per borsa frigo e tanto tanto altro). Complimenti, non avevo mai visto una cucina così! Le camere sono spaziose e ben arredate con armadi immensi, cassetta di sicurezza, letti comodi e con degli enormi infissi di vetro che ti permettono di vedere il meraviglioso panorama (con annessa alba inclusa) direttamente dal tuo letto. Incantevoli. Bagni spaziosi e completamente forniti di tutto (anche accappatoi bianchi di morbidissima spugna). La sala splendidamente arredata è davvero uno spazio dove puoi fare di tutto, compreso vedere la finale del mondiale (grazie Nikos) anche questa con spaziose vetrate di vetro per non dimenticare mai per un momento di ammirare il meraviglioso mare di Skopelos.In ogni spazio interno ci sono enormi zanzariere comodissime che ci hanno permesso di proteggere gli interni da insetti e zanzare. Piscina bella, pulita e fortunatamente anche ideale per fare qualche tuffo (quindi abbastanza alta) E per finire un angolo di paradiso. Vicino alla piscina c'è un giardinetto con diverse piante che fanno un'ombra rinfescante dove i proprietari hanno messo un tavolo da pranzo (davvero comodissimo), tavolini con deliziose seggioline il tutto circordato da un verde meraviglioso.
