VILLA IFIGENEIA SKOPELOS με πισίνα και υπέροχη θέα

Séjour extraordinaire dans cette maison un peu au dessus de la ville de Skopelos. Terrasses et piscine de rêve. Maison très accueillante, très propre et très bien équipée : rien ne manque. L’accueil et la gentillesse d’Ifigenia et d’Eleni. Elles sont pleines d’attentions.

The villa is absolutely perfect and we didn’t have a single complaint. Every detail has been thought about from the ornaments on the book shelves to the ornate detailing of the stone walls outside. The pool is a perfect size for a family of 4 and fantastic positioning. It’s actually lovely to step outside of our bedroom onto the patio and pool area. Our favourite feature was the swing :) my daughters fought to get on this every day! In terms of movable features, of course of favourite thing was the CATS!!!! ‘Nikoletta’ being a personal favourite due to her gorgeous friendly nature. My daughters raced to wake up every day to go outside and find the cats. Don’t worry if you’re not a cat lover- they will not outstay their welcome and only come over if called! The owners live next door so are on hand for any help- ie when a storm started and we needed the furniture bringing in! They are also extremely friendly and helpful, and we were welcomed with home grown vegetables, honey, fresh eggs from the chickens at the end of the garden, and then a homemade pie later in the week!

Nothing!!!!!!! The only very very very small thing is that we sometimes like a bbq when we have a villa and there isn’t one here. But this wasn’t an issue to be honest as we enjoyed eating out and food can be prepared in the kitchen and still enjoyed in the outdoor eating area or upstairs stunning veranda. Also, floats for the pool, kept in storage would be a good idea…. But I’m clutching a straws for a bad word to say about this property to be honest.

Breathtakingly stunning and even better in person than the photos. The views from inside the villa and out on the patio are just wonderful. The attention to detail was incredible, the stonework all around the villa, I loved the feature huge rock by the pool , I just liked to walk around the villa and then the property itself which is quite big and I think we counted 7 places you could sit and eat, loved the veranda!! Loved the lemon tree which gave us a few lemons over the week and the friendliest cat I have ever met. The interior of the villa is beautifully decorated to a very high standard and it was so clean that it felt that no one else had lived in there!

We loved our stay. The apartment is in a great location, just outside town. A car is necessary to get around and visit the various beaches and tourist attractions as well as getting into town and shopping. Sophia was super friendly and a great host, always available via WhatsApp if we needed anything. The kitchen is well stocked, so cooking is easy. The pool is great and so is the view into Skopelos town. Eleni, who helps out, is wonderful.
