Nice place, very good apartment. Close to the beach. Very familiar. Also a good place to work and do physical activity. In Summary, nice place and excellent facilities for different activities.
The elevators are slow and few. Sometimes one of them was out of order, and the waiting time, which was usually too long, obviously it got was worse.

Location was good especially for beach access.
Both ladies at the reception desk were cold and uninviting. Didn’t feel welcomed from day one. Also, the condo is in dire need of a renovation.
