The location
The air conditioner was dirty, you can adjust the temperature with a button in the hall but it seems one button for all the rooms so our neighborh decided it was too warm and put the aircon up at full speeds while I was freezing because the bed is placed just under the aircon

The location is perfect, close to everything you might need, with two metro stations just 200 m away. For a student residency it was remarkably comfortable, everything was nice and clean and breakfast was nice. The staff was super kind (greetings to them), and I ll definitely book it again next time I am in Madrid.
The bed could have been a bit more comfortable (but hey, I am very, very picky when it comes to bed, I guess someone else would not notice it), and if you are sensitive to noise bring your ear plugs in case your room face the street. I am super sensitive and I still slept great, so this is by no means a negative thing, but rather something to help the fellow travellers.

The personal is very nice. The area is nice and for the most part quiet. The room was clean and provided enough space for a short or even long stay. The residents are not allowed to use the kitchen, but a fridge, microwave, and an airfryer are available in the dining hall.
One bathroom (toilet + shower) is shared among 5 rooms (up to 8 people). The air conditioning is controlled centrally, which was quite cold for my taste. I aired out the room during a warm day, which resolved the issue for me for the next 2 days. It was quite loud outside around 2am at night, when the garbage truck and the street cleaning car worked on the street outside my window.

Location is good.
The staff is not reaponsive, they don't speak English so it is difficult to explain them anything. We didn't get the room as described and even though I mentioned them right away, they didn't resolve the problem. The breakfast is disaster, 30 mins after start there were no things left and again the lady there was kind but didn't speak English so we couldn't ask her anything.
