Felt safe
The people that arrived on the last night I was there. They were noisy and rude making so much noise past 1:30 am. Slamming doors, speaking very loudly. No manners.

Bring earplugs. Sounds carry easily from hallway and can disturb sleep.

The only good thing about this place is the location in the city center. The price was ok.
We were prepared for a cramped bathroom and a small room, but we weren't ready for sleepless nights. There was no quiet time at night, and even the staff talked loudly in the hallway after 11 PM. At night, you could hear everything; there was no soundproofing, and you could hear everyone in the hallway and stairwell stomping throughout the night.
