Расположение за эти деньги - это просто очень круто! Самый центр, 10 минут пешком до Гран Виа, 20 минут пешком до Sol. Отличный персонал. Хороший кондиционер. Отличная кровать. Видно, что люди старались сделать комфортное жилье.
Минусы связаны со зданием - оно старое, трубы явно не очень. Смываешь в туалете - всё визжит как резаная свинья. Но если честно это не так принципиально. Хороший вариант.
