Home away from home!

Our second visit and the caravan is just as spotless, has everything you need. Really comfy bed and bedding. Lots of games/DVDs for the kids, well equipped kitchen, two toilets!! Ivor was really helpful with instructions. There's a small pool and weekend entertainment in season you can use. Close to beach, plenty takeaways etc. A great stay!

Brilliant and very quiet

It had everything we need in a caravan pots plates all your condiments when we arrived they had a welcome baskets full of things you need bread butter eggs milk biscuits even had a big share bag is crisps . Toilet rolls in each toilet plus towels and bath towels for the shower they even gave us 2 big towels for the swimming pool can’t praise them enough it was a home from home even free WiFi which is a god send if you have kids with you or grandkids the only thing it’s not a criticism it’s just a suggestion if the tv was a smart tv you could watch Netflix or prime but what I will say is they have dvds with more than enough movies for me and my wife to watch but kids are hard to please they have also games and jigsaw puzzles would definitely recommend them and the caravan great break thanks will use them again happy holidays 😄😄😄😄

Comfortable pleasant stay

Compact yet so much storage space! We had everything one could possibly need. Warm water, heaters, enough blankets, toys and games, dvds, and even some food, which was unexpected and very kind. Highly recommended!

Great family getaway

Always clean and welcoming. Well equipped for a family holiday. We've been coming for years and the caravan is really well maintained. We love returning knowing exactly what we're getting, whatever the weather. Sunshine is an added bonus.

The selection of toys and books for the kids were amazing and kept our 3 year old very entertained. The caravan was very clean

Best caravan holiday to date.

The caravan was very clean and tidy. The owners were very accommodating and the welcome hamper was a lovely touch and was great. The kids loved the range of toys and board games which were available to use in the van. The site is very calm and child friendly and a short drive drive away to the beach. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night and will definitely be booking again soon!

The only down point was no Wi-Fi as the kids had brought their iPads and couldn’t connect them. But to be honest there was so much to do they didn’t even bother with them.

First private property we’ve stayed in, and probably the best

I do a handful of short caravan breaks each year with my young family, usually booked through the parks themselves, however the reviews for this property were promising, and I’m so glad I took the chance. Friendly and accommodating owners, immaculate property with everything you need, great location, and a table covered with munchies upon arrival - particularly impressed with the treats left especially for my six-month-old wee girl. One real positive I’ll add that I haven’t seen in the other reviews, is how large and comfy the beds are. I’m six foot and usually hang off the end of caravan beds, but the bed I had was a great size. Thank you, we’ll definitely be back!

Spotlessly clean, beds made up for us, enough towels for everyone even extras if we went swimming. Lovely surprise gift parcel. Would highly recommend this property we will definitely be booking again 🤗

Maybe suggest a wee bedside table in the single bedroom Granddaughter managed with the wee black folding table for putting all her bits and bobs on lol

Small area you have to drive through to access Links Area. Arrow points 'One Way' if you follow arrow, you arrive back at way out area. You then have to go around again, ignore arrow plus, one way, drive onwards, for around fifty yards to access Links area. This is down to layout of park. Park Owners not owner of van.

Lovely clean caravan with everything you need in beautiful and peaceful surroundings.

The location was perfect. The caravan is situated further into the park which is good more private and not many cars passing by. With the caravan located along the perimeter meant the view from the main window was lovely and the morning sunshine just steamed through forgetting it was October! Spacious and clean caravan with lovely gesture of a welcome pack and a surprise with goodies on the table. Well stocked caravan with everything you need to cook and handy things like a hairdryer which I forgot! The hot water bottle was great just to have in the bed as I forgot it can be colder at night. Plenty of dvds and games/toys if you have young ones if weather is awful. Happy owners had taken precautions with regards to Covid situation.

The cleanliness, the location, the fact that the caravan had everything we could possibly have needed! There were more rooms than we had anticipated, which was an added bonus! The welcome pack was an extremely wonderful touch and an excellent surprise!

A veranda around the caravan would have been nice, however it did not affect our stay at all. (Just a suggestion.)
