Comfy beds, wood burner, 2 toilets.
We stayed in Brodick the last time we came and it was more central to the shops, the beach, walks etc.
Whilst it isn’t the owners fault, the road up to the property wasn’t great to drive on. If you’re not used to driving on windy hilly roads full of pot holes, you’ll find it a bit of a problem.
Late check in and early check out.
Garden furniture needs replaced.
Didn’t mind stripping the beds but the hoovering should be the housekeeper’s job not the guests.
No mirror in the upstairs bathroom.

Modern good finish.
Not all bedding could be found. A few basics missing and heating was off before we arrived making for a chilly first night. Comms with owner not great.

The location was just as expected very peaceful and relaxing with a good pub close by, good walks along the coast and the whisky distillery is not to far.

The location was excellent.
The bins had not been emptied. The "welcome pack" was non existent. We has a 10 miles round trip for a bottle of milk. The downstairs cistern was running constantly. The downstairs wash hand basin was backing up. The stopper in the upstairs wash hand basin was not holding water. I was insulted by the suggestion that any visitor would be expected to strip the beds at the end of their stay.
