Tv was not woking and no response despite our informing host.

Location and spacious
Health and safety issue. Carpet grippers in kitchen sharp, raised and loose screws.

Location was perfect and the views were stunning!
Beds - in particular the bed in the main room. The Queen size beds are essentially 2 x adjoining single mattresses. One of the mattresses was very poor, with the mattress springs damaged and sunken, leading to really uncomfortable sleep. When raising this at check-out, Reception were quite dismissive and noted that they “only managed the property”
Also - when collecting the keys (staff lovely btw), we were told about a £20 cash deposit which was not advertised or communicated.
