La Villetta, part of a condominium but completely independent, is a few minutes walk from the sea and is about 300 meters from the Piazzetta di Porto Rafael. . The spectacular view from the loggia and the terrace in the shaded garden allow moments of great peace and absolute autonomy. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, partially covered patio, covered loggia with sea views, garden with terrace and sun loungers, umbrella and outdoor shower.
The house is equipped with every comfort (satellite TV, DVD player, free WI-FI, dishwasher, washing machine, oven)
The condominium is supervised by a caretaker present 6 days a week.

Cette location est magnifique avec une vue sur la mer fantastique. Tres pratique au niveau des chambres et l'espace de vie. L'emplacement dans Porto Rafael est aussi parfaite avec un acces plage a pied et la possibilite de louer un bateau aussi juste a cote pour faire les iles.
