Residential flat, lovely enviroment. Swimming pool, tennis court, private beach

My wife and I needed a relaxing Mid-May getaway, in a quiet, peaceful setting, with the main priority being location and value for money. It did not disappoint. Although I'm sure it can get a little busier in high season, we really enjoyed the tranquillity and spectacular views from Punta Rossa, which is literally no more than 30 paces (foot steps) from the patio door of the house. We set up our chairs and a small table over there a few times during our stay, as it was such a beautiful location, with a fabulous view.My wife felt very safe, which is unusual for her, and when staying on the Island again, we will definitely return. The other thing I must mention is Giuseppe and Giovanna, the owners. Throughout the booking process, the run up to arrival, and responding to a couple of questions we had during our stay, they communicated perfectly. They were very keen to make sure that we were enjoying our stay, which we most certainly did.

Wir haben einen großartigen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht! Vor allem die überdachte Terrasse ist traumhaft und gemütlich (mit Blick direkt auf das Meer). Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und in bestem Zustand. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Tennisplatz und Pool haben wir mit den Kindern ausgiebig genutzt. Die Vermieter Giovanna und Giuseppe waren wirklich sehr freundlich und standen für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Bei kleineren Fragen konnte man sich auch an einen Hausverwalter vor Ort wenden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Umgebung war friedlich und es hatte eine schöne Gartenanlage. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der nähe. Die Betten waren etwas Hart aber das Haus war sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet.
