Located in the quiet and characteristic "Il Borgo" of Porto Pollo where children can run without danger and from which you can easily reach the sea without using the car.
The ground floor apartment is elegantly furnished and equipped with everything you need, consisting of a large living room with kitchenette, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, Nespresso coffee / cappuccino machine, dining table, sofa bed ( new), flat screen TV + Sky decoder (card required) and DVD system with HIFI stereo.
A large double bedroom plus a twin bedroom on the floor, two bathrooms, one with a shower.
2 outdoor areas: on one side a covered veranda with table and chairs from which you can enjoy a wonderful tranquility and quiet that gives on the central part of the village where there is a private square.
On the other side, an illuminated garden with a lawn, an outdoor shower, a sink and a Barbeque equipped for unforgettable barbecues
The house has two independent entrances, the first one from the reserved parking area overlooking the garden, the other gate from the veranda patio overlooking the private central square of the village.
In the village there is a small but well-stocked supermarket.
Restaurants, pizzerias and Agriturismo are also available within walking distance
The beach of Porto Pollo, reachable on foot from home, is famous for windsurf / kite / hobie cat / diving / boat rental, but there are sunbeds and umbrellas for those who want sun and relax, for an unforgettable holiday !!

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans l appartement de Stefano à Porto Pollo avec nos deux enfants (2 et 4 ans).
L appartement est très propre et très fonctionnel. Il est tout à fait adapté aux jeunes enfants. Un jardin d’un côté et une terrasse de l autre. Du côté terrasse il y a une esplanade où les enfants peuvent jouer en toute sécurité.
La côte Est est plus fréquentée mais cela reste tout à fait raisonnable même au mois d’Aout (nous venions de passer une semaine côté Ouest).
La plage est accessible à pied.
Nous avons loué un bateau pour visiter les îles au large. Superbe journée !!
Très belles plages aux alentours surtout Vallée del Erica !
Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !!

Bis auf kleine Organisationsprobleme die sich aber alle telefonisch zuverlässig lösen ließen waren wir absolut zufrieden.

La casa e' molto bella, curata e con ogni confort, dalla lavastoviglie al barbecue. Molto fresca e di notte si dorme bene. Gli spazi sono confortevoli. C'è un patio dove mangiare e e un bel giardino con doccia e lavatoio molto utili per le docce di fine giornata. Il borgo dov'e' inserita la casa e' bello e curato e gli ospiti sono tutti educati e silenziosi.
La casa e' molto vicina ad un piccolo market fornito di ogni bene, con cornetti e pane freschi ogni mattina.
La spiaggia poi e' vicinissima, a circa 300 metri e vicino ci sono due ottimi ristoranti.
Consiglio vivamente una vacanza in questa casa. Tutto perfetto.
