LAST MINUTE AUGUST. House with garden and large veranda, in a quiet and verdant residence on a hill 200 meters above sea level. Characteristic furniture, recently renovated and equipped with every comfort. Ample internal and external space characterized by a garden and a large veranda with a table for 6-8 people and a fully equipped external masonry kitchen. Additional rear terrace for storage use. Interior environment consisting of living area with sofa bed, dining table, 48 inch TV and small kitchen, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The furnishings include the use of natural colors and materials for the realization of finishes, lighting, etc. The large outdoor veranda equipped with a hammock and deck chairs and surrounded by white curtains allows you to spend moments of true relaxation savoring the sounds offered by nature. Access to the beaches is possible thanks to a shuttle service and in the residence there is a large swimming pool, tennis court, soccer field and spa. Wonderful and multiple equipped or more pristine beaches nearby, such as the famous beach of Porto Pollo, known to Windsurf and Kitesurf enthusiasts. 1.5 km boats for the islands of the Maddalena Archipelago. Ideal area for bicycle, hiking, horse, fishing and golf enthusiasts. For families, an ideal place for recreation, there is an entertainment service in the adjacent building that will delight children even on the beach. Also in the nearby Palau shops of all kinds, a nice playground and the typical Sardinian market. The area is famous for the many resporantini with typical cuisine from which it is possible to enjoy splendid sunsets.

I felt very comfortable, especially the quiet bedroom I personally liked very much. In the surrounding Appartent, I have met only friendly Italians. Chiara was always available and I could raise all my concerns.
The beach is about 11 kilometers away. I had a car so it was not a problem. The small quiet village is exactly as I imagine it.
I will come here again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Chiara, qui est très agréable et très bien équipée. Le coin est magnifique et très bien placé pour visiter le Nord de la Sardaigne. Chiara est absolument adorable, accueillante et arrangeante. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
