Downstairs Unit. Three bedrooms, one bath, Four (4) People Maximum. Original 1923 beach cottage. Remodeled kitchen with granite counter-tops, Remodeled marble bathroom, luxury bedding, hardwood floors. Living Room has 65” OLED flat-screen TV, DVR. Gas Fireplace. Full size Washer and Dryer, Outdoor patio. Steps to the South Bay Front beach! Two car garage parking. Need groceries and/or beverages or other services our Concierge Service will have it waiting for you upon arrival. Our Concierge Service provides our guests with all the luxuries of a hotel, in the comfort of a tastefully appointed home. No animals allowed unless Service Animals

Repeat stay at this cute beach cottage in great location, steps from water and Marine Ave for shops and restaurants. What we love is the nice roomy front porch for people watching and views of boats and water. We again enjoyed are stay! Highly recommend!
