You will hear noise of the demolition of the existing stucco and may have swing stages and workers on the east side exterior of the building outside the windows. For the duration of the project, the courtyard (east side) and portion of the upper parking garage will be closed for access. This condo is located on the east side of the tower.

I am always skeptical of anything thats not a hotel..this exceeded our expectations! the moment we walked in we knew we made a good choice. the condo was so nice exactly as described. beds were comfty view was so nice and it was literally steps from being on the beach. will definitely stay again.

This was our first time to Miramar Beach and this condo was the BEST location. It offered everything we wanted while being quiet and clean too. This is a definite repeat.

The location is great. This specific unit needs a lot of love though. The paint is peeling and stained. The last time the flooring was replaced, they did a pitiful job and it makes the unit look bad. The living room furniture is old, stained and needs to be retired. We put towels over the couch because we didn’t want to sit directly on it! The bed mattress is either too old, or extremely cheap. The unit was decently clean, but the finishes are in such bad shape that it doesn’t feel clean.
