Good: Great location adjacent to Pool, Beach and also BeachHouse resturant. View was great with floor to ceiling windows/sliders resulting in a panoramic view. Large condo and kitchen well supplied for cooking, etc. 75 in SMART TV in living room. security, check in and shuttle/tram all good.Also great water pressure. Not so good: TV in bedroom very lame with only basic channels, no beach towels provided, miniature beach chairs provided, bathroom small with old ugly looking toilet seat, bathroom vent not working, interior trim need of painting. Outside balcony glass dirty, no salt/pepper available. All that said, we enjoyed our stay, place could be 5 star, if above items addressed.

The room smelled. Like fish and sometimes vinegar like maybe the room was sprayed with it in attempt to remove the fishy smell? Its so old and no attempt has been made to maintain it. The bathroom fair squeaked terribly, then just totally went out 3 days in. The ac does work well, but im pretty sure the bathroom ac vent has 2 black mold spots growing on it. The one toilet flush handle gets stuck so you have to hold it for like 5 seconds to make it flush thrn pull it up so it doesnt keep running. Turn on thr sink faucets in the bathroom? Water comes out of both handles. The view is amazing. Property had plenty of parking.. the place just desperatley needs maintenace and updating. It would be nice if cleaning staff could clean the balcony glass so you can sit and see out because of course the chairs arent high enough to. Next year I'll stay somewhere updated. If your neighbors upstairs have kids running around, you hear it. If anyone on any nearby balcony is having a conversation on their balcony, you hear it. They open the sliding door to keep getting drinks and come back? You hear it. The ice maker does infact work enough for a small cooler each day at the beach.
