Only things that we would immediately change would be: more lighting, ironing, board, and new mattress. We loved the convenience to the beach, and even the construction was not a problem.

The unit location was great with amazing view but that’s about as far as I’d go for the actual unit and its contents (or lack thereof)! Overall, needs a serious refresh of the decor. Many other things were below par such as: mildew/mold smell, dirty sheets left on sofa bed, only 5 hangars in closet, rickety, noisy standing fan, broken can opener, dining chandelier had bare bulbs, shower hot/cold controls reversed, interior doors barely could close, rug tripping hazard in living room, and loose and sparce outlets.
