Very nice condo right on the beach. Spacious and roomy. Very quiet area. Beach was crowded due to fall break. Only problem was ice maker did not work but rental company very responsive.

Property was just like the pictures. Could use a little refresh. Great location. Elevators were very slow and some don’t work. All and all everything was great until we checked out and we received an extra fee for 750.00. The cleaning people said it smelled like cigarette smoke. No one smokes! We have received 500.00 back and will receive the rest once a supervisor can go check it out. That was a surprise.

Sandestin resort is beautiful. Place was not near as nice as others I have stayed at, Normally there is a guest book explaining how to get around (would have been nice especially with all of the construction) did not have access to the elevators. No suggestions on dining or activities, The condo itself had a horrible smell the entire time (musty moldy smell). There were
lights that didn’t work and other small things that just gave the feeling of lack of care for the unit.
Again, it was disappointing because other properties within the resort have been fabulous, for the same price. Had to lower the bar for expectations.
