Overall, we had a great stay. We've stayed at Sandestin before but this was the first time staying on the beachside.The condo unit was great. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. The view was perfect and I loved having two separate balconies. The golf cart was great, I will never stay at Sandestin if my unit doesn't have a golfcart. If anyone is on the fence, get a unit with a golfcart. Its the only way to go. Also, i loved having the Beachouse restaurant right next door and a coffee truck located next door in the mornings. My only issues are with Sandestin itself. On the Sandestin website it is a little misleading about free amenities. Maybe i just didn't look at it closely enough but im sure its just misleading. Things are only free if you book through Sandestin, not a third party. So the bicycle rentals are not free, i think its around 60 for 2 or something. And even when booking through Sandestin "free" is 1 free rental per unit. I feel like Sandestin is intentionally being misleading but again that was just the resort itself that i have a problem with. And the other negative was that the beach was overcrowded. Again, I feel this is a problem with the resort because they put way too many chairs out and barely leave room for many people to bring their own chairs. I know this is intentional but it's still frustrating . We would go to the beach after 5 when people started to clear out which i actually started to prefer because it wasn't as hot at that either.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

I will start off by saying that the Condo that we stayed in was nice and the views of the beach were awesome. This was our first time staying at this location and the instructions to get into the building were confusing and we could not figure out how to get into the building, we walked around outside and finally a nice couple helped show us how to access the building. Upon getting to our condo we found it to be nice but there was sand on the tile floors and there was sand in the bed. I expect sand on the floors at a beachside condo but not in the beds. The bunk beds in the second bedroom were noisey and uncomfortable. The ad promised beach chairs and umbrellas for our use and they were in fact there but the chairs were very cheap and uncomfortable and the umbrellas were very small and would not hold up in the ocean winds, we fought them for two days and eventually purchased beach service because we were tired of fighting them. The golf cart was very nice and it was nice not to have to rent a car, however you are very limited on where you can go on the golf cart. We were able to got to a Publix, a shopping area, a liquor store and Bayside Wharf on the cart. Overall we enjoyed our stay but I cannot give this place a 5 star rating.
