Be in the center of all action in the most popular beach of all of the San Juan Metro area, the Isla Verde beach, with restaurants, clubs, casinos, hotels, and 24/7 supermarkets all within short walking distance.
Our apartment at Marbella, the most sought after building for vacation rentals offers 24/7 security and many amenities, as a large swimming pool, basketball court, children's playgrounds, barbecue pits and beautiful grounds.The barbecue area overlooks the beach and allows you to have your own BBQ party by the beach. All amenities at the condo are within gated areas and only available for condo residents or renters.
The apartment itself was renovated and decorated. The style is a contemporary modern one, using white and grey as primary colors with turquoise and magenta as accent colors, giving it a very relaxed atmosphere, ideal for your vacation.
The apartment can accommodate up to 7, especially if some are children, configured as follows:
Master bedroom: one king sized bed and one twin and a have (45 inches) size futon, for 3 guests.
Second bedroom: one queen sized bed. 2 guests.
Living area: one queen sized high quality sofa bed, for 2 guests.
Bed mattresses and linens were carefully selected for your sleeping enjoyment.Towels are thick and thirsty 100% cotton. Both bedrooms have blackouts and window treatments.
There is good storage space for clothing, since both bedrooms have closets.

This place was amazing! Super clean with comfortable beds. Incredible view and easy access to a tremendous beach. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance. The owner was very communicative and responsive with clear unit access instructions. We didn’t want to leave!

We had a great stay! Suitable for a family of 5 adults. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and made getting around super convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. What you see is exactly what you get—the photos online matched the space perfectly, so there were no surprises. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again!

The view and access to the Beach and a very nice pool is as advertised. In addition, Val was very responsive and quickly fixed any problem we reported. The unit was disappointing in a few respects.
1. The check- procedure was a little crazy. The problem is easily solved with a $10 lock box, Within minutes of arriving we were locked in the unit because the lock was in disrepair. This was quickly fixed,
2. The building is very run-down and poorly maintained. While the unit itself is bright and cheerful with that great view, the hallways and common areas were a little depressing. Also the elevators were very unreliable. We were on the 18th so we depended on the four elevators. One elevator was out of commission during our entire two-week stay. Another elevator was in disrepair so often, we were afraid to use it. If you wanted to leave the building between 8:00 and 9:00 am, you could wait for an elevator 10 minutes or more.
3. The unit itself was fine for our needs but also had several problems. The balcony overlooking the beach was wonderful and well shaded, but the table wobbled.
The micro-wave did not work, although we did not ask to have it fixed because we did not want to deal with someone coming into the unit.There was no dishwasher. A lot of the furniture was rusted, the front door was rusted and had holes and the paint job was in bad shape, giving the unit a feeling of neglect. The shower in one of bathrooms was so clogged my husband cleaned it out.
