Perfekte zentrale Lage. Gegend ist bia auf ein paar Nebenstraßen ganz hübsch und nahe der Stadtfestung. Supermarkt um die Ecke. Saubere Wohnung. Lange Terrasse zu einem Innenhof mit Wäscheleine, eher für Abends. Grosser Kühlschrank mit Gefrierenschrank.
Bis ca. 01:00 recht laut auf der Kopfsteinplaster Strasse von dem Nordfenster (1.Stock). Morgens ab 6 wird es auch wieder laut durch Berufsleben und Zulieferungen. Eine Klimaanlage täte der Wohnung gut, aber Nachtkühlung funktioniert ok. Bad und Küche könnten mehr Haken und Regale fur Eigenbedarf haben. 3 Betten, aber das Paarbett ist zu schmal für 2 Personen. Wasserkocher hatte braune Brandflecken auf der Heizplatte. Hat wohl jemand Milch gekocht.

La amabilidad de la propietaria, la limpieza y la ubicación. Nos tenía la calefacción encendida y muy pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto. La casa no tiene garaje pero hay mucho aparcamiento en la calle, nosotros dejamos el coche sin ningún problema.
