Zuallererst muss man den Gastgeber hervorheben: Supernett in der Kommunikation und sehr aufmerksam. Er hat uns immer schnell Auskunft erteilt, uns von sich aus informiert, wenn irgendwas Besonderes los war. Auch einen sehr schönen kleinen Führer durch Avila hat er uns in die Wohnung gelegt. Avila selbst ist eine tolle Stadt , die man von dieser Wohnung aus super erkunden kann. Zu Supermärkten und zur spektakulären Stadtmauer hat man es nicht weit. Im Kühlschrank erwartete uns etwas Kaltes zum trinken, Kaffee war vorhanden, alle Geräte funktionierten.

Klimatyzacja, ogrzewanie gazowe - możliwość sterowania w razie potrzeby, pralka - przydatna przy dłuższym wyjeździe, wyposażenie kuchni. Mieszkanie czyste, dobrze wyposażone, łóżka wygodne.
Brak stojącej suszarki na pranie.

Era céntrico, con instalaciones aceptables. El dueño muy amable, nos dejó un desayuno en la cocina y estuvo atento al móvil.
La ducha no tenía mampara completa y se mojaba todo, además al no poder cerrarse hacía frío mientras te duchabas.
Los focos de las habitaciones eran fluorescentes y por la noche cuando apagabas la luz, era muy incomodo para conciliar el sueño porque había luminosidad.
Nos encontramos un par de cucarachas pequeñas en la cocina, recomendamos fumigar.
