La ubicación, a dos pasos de la plaza mayor (mercado chico). Con aparcamiento privado (un solar que usan los vecinos pegado al apartamento).

Tiene una ubicación excelente. El anfitrión es muy amable y atento. El piso está fenomenal y muy limpio, con ascensor y plaza de garaje. Nos ha encantado

La calefacción se cortó y hacia frío,y justo ese día hacia mucho frío en Ávila. Las amigas que durmieron en el sofá tuvieron frío y solo había una manta de sofá para poder poner
