La ubicación. Al lado de la plaza del Ayuntamiento.
La entrada al piso. Cuando vas a entrar al piso, el patio está abandonado, la entrada da un aspecto horrible. El ascensor es de adorno, no funciona.

Falta renovar el mobiliario,la mesa estaba el borde despegado,la puerta de la habitación matrimonio no cierra,la cuerda de la persiana a punto de romperse y una de las camas de las 2 pequeñas súper incómoda y descuadrada a punto de partirse,le falta mantenimiento
