Muy bien ubicado, en el centro de Ávila, muy limpio y confortable. Los anfitriones Carlos y su mujer encantadores, nos ayudaron e informaron en todo momento.
La zona es peatonal (al estar en el casco antiguo de Ávila), pero Carlos te informa de dónde dejar el coche lo más cerca posible; a 5 minutos andando.

La situación del piso excelente. Y el propietario muy amable. Bien equipado , todo muy limpio y bien equipado.

Buenas ubicación intramuros. Muy confortable, la calefacción estaba preparada, y camas muy cómodas
Echamos de menos un kit de bienvenida para el desayuno, por otras experiencias, esperábamos que hubiese al menos café, pero no es un problema del alojamiento, es más bien un fallo de expectativas. Había una tienda cerca y pudimos comprar lo necesario. El aparcamiento... gratuito, hay que andar un poco. Aparcamos todas las veces extramuros, en un Mercadona cercano, a 400 metros del piso.
