Apartamento con PARKING- Altior - Catedral Homes

Incredible location right in the centre of Avila (very convenient for a wedding at the Sofraga). Beautiful old building with original features, and pretty clean. The parking spot was a huge bonus. Staff were helpful, responding to messages quickly. (We had requested a cot for our toddler which wasn’t there when we arrived but they brought one to us straight away.)

The apartment is quite tired and really needs some attention and then it could be really lovely. - Quite a few loose and broken tiles, some nails poking out of an armchair (not ideal with a toddler running around). - Some towels and bedsheets ripped and in poor condition. Very thin pillows (one per person). - Kitchen was very basic - would be nice to have some essentials; oil, salt, sugar and a kettle. - The shower head in the en-suite was broken and a nightmare to use (and has been for some time based on other reviews). - The banister railing going up to the top floor apartment is loose which is worrying…

Excellent location and the apartment is really quirky with loads of cool spaces for a family and friends. Deceptively big.

That every adult had to download a third party app to scan passports for the check in process. Just an added step for everyone. Also couldn't find a kettle anywhere.

Todo muy bien, limpieza, ubicación y decoración. Hemos estado muy bien.

Que no se informa en ningún momento de que es una casi cuarta planta sin ascensor con el último tramo bastante estrecho e inclinado. El primer día al entrar se notaba bastante frío. El resto ya cogió temperatura. Se agradecería más información acerca del parking y el check in antes de la llegada ya que es un acceso restringido.
