Todo nuevo y funcionando perfectamente. Total disponibilidad de la persona encargada. Detalles como cápsulas de café y una bolsa de tela para la compra de regalo. Se aparca fácilmente gratis. A 5 minutos andando de la muralla aunque con cuestas.

Las almohadas y el sofá nos resultaron muy cómodos sin embargo los colchones eran bastante más duros de lo que estamos acostumbradas. No le bajo la puntuación por esto porque sé que otras personas los prefieren duros. No es una cuestión reprochable a los dueños a mi entender. Yo lo cuento para que los futuros huéspedes puedan elegir teniendo más información.

Lovely apartment and plenty of space Had issues with aircon but was resolved Owner very responsive and acted on issues straight away Lively area walkable to the walled area but also outside to allow a really good time in Avila There is no parking but there is plenty around the area and down streets close by Was there several weeks and found a space every night The apartments are both lovely - the terrace is lovely but the sun is gone by 3 ish The pizza place down the road was amazing !!! Loved it ! Absolutely wonderful food ! Close to Dia for shopping and supplies

Noise between apartments can be annoying I was upstairs and the people below were slamming doors late into the evening, and the water flush of toilets sounds throughout the blocks

Great location and plenty of room Clean and tidy and lots of equipment to make eating in easy Tv links to all streaming services and fair WIFI - though drops out a lot Help and speed of the owners to respond to concerns and quick replies - thank you so much

Problems with air cooling initially but was quickly resolved
