ambiente largo, pulito, ben servito anche se qualche contenitore in più sarebbe stato gradito ( tipo per fare insalatone); presenti molte apparecchiature. Quartiere tranquillo , vicini ad un supermercato non lontano dalle fermate dei bus e comunque dal lungomare di Belem
Non è un vero problema, ma la stanza unica cucina e camera fa si che il frigorifero possa disturbare di notte.

La pulizia, appartamento ampio e comodo per una coppia
Bagno poco illuminato, snack di cortesia previsto dall'annuncio ma non ricevuto, ed in particolare l'indisponibilità del garage ( esistente ma non consegnato né il telecomando né le relative chiavi) elemento essenziale per chi ha una macchina a noleggio.

L'odeur d'humidité, la fan de la salle de bain qui ne fonctionnait pas. Après la douche, le miroir reste embué pendant des heures et nos serviettes ne sèchent pas tellement la pièce reste humide. L'odeur d'humidité se répend dans toute la chambre. On ne pouvait prendre deux douches une après l'autre, la 2e manquait toujours d'eau chaude.
