Планировка квартиры, сам дом, этажность.
Квартира абсолютно не соответствует цене, состояние квартиры на фото сделано сразу после задачи квартиры, на данный момент куча нюансов. Начало с дверной ручки которая просто выпала в руки на второе открывание двери, плесень по всему периметру ванной, тарахтит бойлер, разломанные стулья, вся кухня в жирных следах, холодильник не помыт и требует обслуживания и чистки, от микроволновки отпадает кусок краски, варочная в лепе как и сковородка, диван на кухне в пятнах как подушки так и корпус, треш. Грязное окно, грязные стены, наличники на дверях, обманули что рядом не идёт стройка, они прекрасно работали, к частью не весь день. Не удобный матрас, дешевый. В общем надо доводить до ума. Связь с администраций отсутствует. Есть дядька который заселяет выселяет. И все. Никто трубку не берет. Не рекомендую вообще никак бронировать - так как нет бесплатной отмены и денег Вам никто не вернет
