Апартаменты за свою цену очень хорошие, ещё и и с видом на море.Очень приветливый хозяин Евгений, который помог занести багаж, а затем при выселении помог и вынести. Квартира достаточно просторная, светлая и уютная. Местоположение отличное.Есть паркинг бесплатный для авто на територии ЖК. В доме находится магазин.
Возможно требуется небольшое обновление сантехники, но если смотреть на цену апартаментов/качество то и так хорошо. При выключении света генератор для лифта работает по графику. Подыматься на 10 этаж без лифта достаточно сложно, особенно с ребёнком.
