Шикарне розташування, величезний плюс — це підземний паркінг (який служить укриттям) ну і сама квартира нова
Мініатюрні апартаменти — в туалеті, коли сидиш на унітазі (перепрошую), то цілуєш умивальник)) На балконі було брудно (від птахів + пилюка). Є плита, але немає витяжки

Чудове розташування, дійсно біля моря і гарного пляжу. Будинок з закритою теріторією, цілодобовою охороною, та системою котролю доступу. В номері гарний ремонт та є все необхідне.
Не було вільних місць для паркування на теріторії, але без проблем можна було паркуватись поруч.
