Гарне світле місце, хороше розташування, швидко заселили, допомогли з парковкою.
Був запах риби, як заселялися, можливо це була каналізація. Як санвузли зачинили, запах пропав. Немає штор, тільки тюль. Квартира східна і зранку довго не поспиш. Вікна виходять у двір на великі вентиляційні системи, які монотонно постійно гудуть. Нам не заважало, бо звук досить тихий, але він присутній.
